What I'm
building
Personal projects in progress. Unfinished on purpose — this is the honest list.
Lyva — validation with real users
The app is built and TestFlight-ready. The work now is getting it in front of real people and listening. Stop building, start validating — the hardest part was never the code.
Underneath Your Umbrella — editing
A 102,000-word novel, drafted and now in revision. Written alongside everything else, mostly early mornings.
Comfy Easy
Making local image and video generation usable without a node graph. Most recent addition: breaking long story chapters into resumable visual scenes with matching video prompts.
The Singapore hawker food database
Macro data for local dishes — chicken rice, char kway teow, economic rice. Every fitness app is US-centric. Singaporeans can’t track what they actually eat.
Zombots: The Last Directive
A colony sim with a caretaker robot at the centre. Seven design documents deep, prototype walking and remembering. The hard part is making mechanical complexity produce readable stories.
Solving the boring middle
Weeks 4–12 are where everyone drops off. Not a gamification problem — an identity one. Working on what keeps someone going when progress stops being visible.
